Squats

Well the point of this blog is to let the few people who read it know that the squats the teachers make you do in class every week are not completely pointless. They can be very useful in daily life.
Positive things I have found about squats:
1. I sit at a desk all day so being able to squat while filling my water bottle has really improved my blood circulation!
2. Squats may be painful and tiring and make your legs burn, but on the bright side, you won't have to worry about pulling a muscle in your back from bending over improperly anymore!

I'm not down with the sickness
So I got sick this week, and it was bad enough that I went to a doctor for the first time in about five years. All he did was lecture me because I didn't get a flu shot. It was almost as lame as the sickness itself. For two days now all I've been good for is laying around and doing some pathetic moaning when I try and move. Poor Kassi has to listen to me, but she's been great to run errands and stuff like that. Other than feeling like an achy old man things are going good. Next week we are going to St. George for spring break, and the new Smash Brothers comes out on Monday so that's what I'll be doing for most of the break. Anyhow, those are all my thoughts for the day.

My first blog
So we decided it's time for the Johnsons to jump on the bandwagon and get a blog. We got married in June of 05 and have been living in Orem since then while I go to school and Kassi works full time to pay the bills. We don't have any kids yet, and none on the way. We're pretty sure if we had any now we'd accidentally drop them or leave them at the grocery store or something. We're not real outdoorsy people so lately we've been playing a lot of games at home with friends, and probably too much guitar hero on our own. We also spend a lot of time fantasizing about what we'll be doing after I finish one more year of school and graduate next spring.
