Christmas 2008

Eric and I had a great Christmas. We had purchased our gifts to ourselves in November and instead of saving them for Christmas morning we decided to get some good use out of them! We got a new kitchen table and it is awesome. We got too good of a deal to pass up.It is all wood and no particle board which means it is really heavy and I can't lift it. It also came with a leaf that expands the table to fit 8 people. I don't know that it would fit in our kitchen with the leaf in it but at least we have options.
Our other present was Guitar Hero World Tour! Eric just couldn't wait until Christmas to try it out. Merry Christmas Eric!
Here are some pictures of us Rocking!
Kassi at the drums.
Ready to Rock your socks off!!!
We have had a lot of fun with these gifts. Family parties have been much more entertaining.
For Christmas Eve we spent the night in Delta at my parent's house. We had a great time watching everyone open presents. After spending the morning at my house we drove over to Eric's house to open some presents. I got a new apron Eric's mom made for me. Now I can finally cook! Which I might add I have been cooking meals for 3 weeks in January! It must be a magic apron. :)
Kassi and Ashlee modeling our new aprons.
Here is a cute picture of Eric.
One of my presents was a new trendy outfit that I had purchased for myself. So here I am wearing my new trendy outfit holding the baby tutu I made all by myself for my niece Lyla. (Eric isn't a big fan of my trendy outfit. He is still nice to let me wear it though.)
Around 4:00 my family had our Christmas party. We opened presents, ate good food, and had a great time. Here are some cute pictures of our party.
This is my nephew Jaxton being cute.
Here are all of my nephews and nieces opening presents.
Here is Eric trying on his new hat he got from Katie and Brad.
Here is a picture of Eric and I holding my niece Lyla.
Here is a picture of Lyla modeling the tutu I made for her. I think it looks great on her!
Christmas was a lot of fun and it was so nice to have a couple of days off of work.

Where do I start, your table is gorgeous, I love it!!! Guitar hero world tour looks like a ton of fun, you guys really splurged, good for you! I absolutely adore your trendy outfit it looks great and you are soooo darn skinny. (are you eating?) I'm very impressed with the tutu, it is very cute, it turned out better than mine did. Glad you had a fun Christmas.

supernanny is great, i'm addicted to all those shows. I watch nanny 911 sometimes and sometimes I think, well they are just lousy parents, and sometimes I get really scared and think THIS IS IN MY FUTURE!
